In the course of the nozzle clogging problems, inkjet machine , mainly in the "prevention." To maintain the nozzle in top working condition, you need to do something every day on the nozzle proper and effective maintenance, will greatly reduce the likelihood of nozzle clogging.
A)After equipment installation, and equipment to enable the early maintenance performed on the nozzle.
1.To make the nozzle into the best operating condition, before the device started to undertake the production business, be sure to use 1 to 2 days to the maximum extent possible to print some pictures, the picture is best CMYK 4 colors are used, but also in the picture two sides should add C, M, Y, K 4 color 4 color bar to ensure that the ink jet head is always in the state;
2.Best to clean the rightmost moisturizing sponge inside the station with its cradle when taken together with the printing.
B) After work is completed on a daily basis ,how to perform maintenance sprinklers. A day after all print jobs completed, in order to maintain the best working condition and sprinkler avoid solvent evaporation and clogged ink nozzles, please let the device overnight after the following manner nozzle maintenance.
1.Turn off the power;
2.First with a special cleaning fluid to clean the moisture sponge, then pour the cleaning solution on the sponge to make it wet;
3.The head moved back to the far right and the nozzle cleaning station and moisturizing sponge closely;
4.Remain in this state so that the device overnight;
C) Processing method found clogging the nozzle slightly after.
1.In the printing process found after a slight nozzle clogging should not hesitate to press the PAUSE button to pause the print job, and then with a vacuum cleaner or a manual pump the ink from the nozzle cleaning nozzle conducted, shall be completed after cleaning with a plastic squeeze bottle to the nozzle surface spray some cleaning fluid to wash away residual ink.
Note: Do not use the manual pump too much force, otherwise they will be damaged due to excessive pressure nozzle;
2.Thorough and timely and decisive treatment nozzle clogging slightly for holding the nozzle optimum working condition in time printing process is very important;
3.You need to carefully check sprinkler nozzle clogging the situation and find the reason.
D) Treatment nozzle clogging occurs frequently during the printing process.
1. Press the PAUSE button to pause the printing job, and then press the PURGE key to move to the cleaning head leftmost position;
2. Keep the device power is turned on, connected to the sub tank level sensor signal lines all pulled out of the head control board;
3. The ink supply tube nozzle on (from the sub tank) pulled out, then extract with a glass syringe special cleaning fluid cleaning nozzle, method: each with 40ml cleaning fluid, every 10 minutes, a total of 3 to 4 times;
4. After cleaning reconnect the ink supply tube and liquid level sensor signal line, and then continue with a previously suspended print job.
E) The above processing method is not effective or is temporarily no treatment effect when:
1.The nozzle from the nozzle removed the tray removed.
2.In a clean glass container (eg: beaker) into the amount after the cleaning fluid in order to put the nozzle submerged nozzle at the bottom of 2 ~ 3mm is appropriate, then a glass container with plastic wrap to seal up (anti-gray) stand for more than one day .
Note: Sprinklers Do not touch the top of the signal interface cleaning fluid, otherwise it will damage the nozzle.
3.After the immersion nozzle is complete, pour the right amount of printer head cleaning vessel for cleaning fluid, and then the bottom nozzle submerged in a cleaning solution for about 2 ~ 3mm, then start cleaning, choose a dedicated nozzle cleaner, if the use of general ultrasound cleaning time must be strictly controlled to prevent damage to the nozzle. NOTE: Continuous use cleaner cleaning not more than three times.
4.Extraction with glass syringes 40ml cleaning fluid from the ink supply tube nozzle at the interface inside the upper part of the injection, to observe the state of the waterline from the nozzle, if all the waterline are straight, indicating effective cleaning, the nozzle can continue use (prerequisite: circuits and piezoelectric crystals are intact), if there are still some waterline spray crooked, then do steps 2 and 3 shall be 2 to 3 times.
F) Equipment is expected to be more than 48 hours when not used for the processing method. If the device is expected to be more than 48 hours is not in use, you must flush the print head clean, otherwise the nozzles of the ink because of the gradual evaporation of the solvent and dry, in serious cases, will cause irreversible damage to the nozzle. Approach is as follows:
1.Turn off the power inkjet printers;
2.The cleaning head to the extreme left position, below the nozzle to put a corrosion-resistant container for containing cleaning liquid;
3.The glass syringe out or directly pour the ink sub tank, and then use special cleaning fluid to the sub tank clean;
4.The ink supply tube nozzle on (from the sub tank) pulled out, and then extracted using a glass syringe 40ml cleaning fluid cleaning nozzle, a total of 2 times. Finally, do not put the nozzle in the cleaning solution remaining blown clean, be sure to leave enough cleaning fluid inside the nozzle because the nozzle cleaning fluid can play a moisturizing effect;
5.The treated corrosion-resistant nozzle into a clean container and sealed (with plastic wrap on the good) can be stored up after a month or so.
